BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in any courses.
  • Knowledge in Business Development
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (Speaker)
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in related fields.
  • Experience in Product Development and Process Knowledge
  • Location: Willing to work at EFI Home Sdn Bhd, Seri Kembangan, Selangor.
  • Able to work from Monday to Saturday (6 days), 9.30am – 6.00pm
  • Possess your own transport (Car & Valid Driving License)

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying new sales leads.
  • Contacting potential clients via emails, and phone calls to establish rapport and setting up meetings.
  • Planning & overseeing new market initiatives.

SITE SUPERVISOR

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • A minimum of 2 years working experience preferably in construction.

  • Good communication skills, commercial awareness and team-working skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Agreeing project objectives.
  • Representing the company’s interests.
  • Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
  • Making sure that all the aims of the project are met.
  • Making sure the quality standards are met.
  • Providing advice on the management of the projects.
  • Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
  • Overseas all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
  • Monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained.
  • Organizing the various professional people working on the project.

DRAUGHTMAN CUM COORDINATOR

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Engineering , Architecture , Interior Design or equivalent.

  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft office and Auto CAD application.
  • Location: Olak Lempit, Selangor.
  • 15 minutes from KLIA Airport.

Responsibilities:

  • To implement the SOP sales order procedures and work instruction on preparation of shop drawing for customer, sales department and production department.
  • To prepare and update all the standard door design drawing and construction sectional details drawing in the Sandor catalogue.
  • To liaise closely and with Production Manager on the door construction details in order for the preparation of CAD drawing where necessary.
  • To prepare and issue all the related shop drawing for supporting door sales needed.
  • To liaise closely and assist Sales Personnel to prepare the technical shop drawing where necessary.
  • To assist Sales Support Executive making amendment or adjustment in the shop drawing where necessary.
  • To monitor and control overall process of shop drawing as per SOP.
  • To assist on the design of door, catalogue, label, sticker & any related design work when applicable.
  • To update data for monthly KRA requirement for submission to superior on every 5th of the month.
  • You are required to perform other tasks as stipulated by Immediate Superior or Department Head.

SENIOR STORE EXECUTIVE

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Business Administration / Business Studies / Business Management / Supply Chain Management / Warehouse Management or an equivalent qualification.
  • Required language(s) : English , Bahasa Malaysia.
  • A minimum of 5 years of working experience in a related field is required, preferably within the wood manufacturing industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems is required for this position.
  • Resourceful with positive attitude and able to work independently.
  • Strong supervisory skills are essential.
  • Location: Olak Lempit, Selangor.

Responsibilities:

  • Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
  • Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
  • Oversee and coach employees.
  • Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
  • Submit reports on performance and progress.
  • Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
  • Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures.
  • Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.
  • Day to day up keeping of production.
  • Receiving, unpacking, quantity & quality inspection.
  • Responsible for accurate picking & packing goods for delivery.
  • Ensure all activities recorded and tally with the computer system.
  • Coordinate with other department to ensure smooth flow of product movement.
  • Prepare documentation such as invoice & packaging list.
  • Maintain proper records and update stock inventory.
  • Accuracy records the daily stock movement.
  • Well monitoring the incoming & outgoing of materials.
  • Inspect, check & receive deliveries of equipment’s, tools & materials.
  • Arrangement of stocks in store was proper located.
  • Oversee the operation of store, including maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the store.

Training and Coaching:

  • To carry out On-The-Job Training for new members and re-training or refreshment training for existing Store personnel when necessary.
  • To assist superior in charge of discipline as well as the attendance of all the Store Personnel.

Preparation of Report and other Store Department related Documentations:

  • To implement store procedure and ensure subordinate exercise full compliance to the ISO procedure and ensure all the documents are well filed, documented and stored in compliance with the ISO procedure requirements.
  • To be responsible for the overall cleanliness, tidiness and safety of working environment of materials storage area.
  • To implement 5S system in the storage area and ensure meet minimum expectation of management.
  • To verify the workforce arrangement such as attendance, man-power allocation, disciplinary, leaves, working overtime and etc.
  • You are required to perform other tasks as stipulated by Department Heads.

HR EXECUTIVE

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English or Mandarin
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Skills: Well versed in the BOSS INET system, have a good knowledge of payroll and proficient in HR Administration.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, team player, fast leaner, initiative, resourceful and analytical skills are a must.
  • Working days & hours: Monday-Friday (08.30am-05.30pm).
  • Location: Olak Lempit, Selangor.
  • 15 minutes from KLIA Airport.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for verifying and coordinating monthly payroll preparation.
  • Prepare payroll analysis report and statutory report i.e. bank advice cheque, EPF, SOCSO, CP39 and etc.
  • Knowledge in Boss i-Net and payroll systems
  • To prepare monthly Labour Costing Report in accordance to Payroll Detail Report.
  • To liaise with Labour Department, Industrial Relations Department, EPF, SOCSO and Income Tax departments.
  • Verifying the employee monthly petty cash claims, annual & medical leave do not exceed their entitlement limit.
  • Prepared monthly medical and employee petty cash claim or expense reports.
  • Maintaining proper filling record of all employees’ personnel document and update employee personnel file from time to time.
  • Monitor HR Assistant in general administration work such as leave record, overtime calculation, filing of records.
  • Responsible to coordinate labour movement such as Recruitment, Termination, Promotion, Transfer and Confirmation.
  • Handling grievance and provide counselling and advise to employees to improve industrial relations.
  • Prepare employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
  • Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
  • Represents organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
  • Prepare the yearly headcount budget.
  • Prepare the monthly KPI report.
  • You are required to perform other tasks as stipulated by department heads.
  • Handling employee insurance GHS, GPA and SOCSO
  • Reviewing the Company Compensation Plan & Fringe Benefit System.
  • Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
  • Prepare reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
  • Represents organization at personnel-related hearings and investigation.
  • Assist Department Head in establishing and retaining Administration Management Plans for supporting the organization daily business operation.
  • To support the HR Manager in compliances with all Company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and updating Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) for HR Department.
  • Maintaining and regularly the employee database.
  • Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization.
  • To contribute Kaizen idea’s for HRA towards Departmental Objective.

PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Degree Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Minimum 2-3 years working experience in purchasing, preferably in manufacturing environment.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and have ERP skill.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)
  • Hands-on experience with purchasing software.
  • Understanding of supply chain procedures.
  • Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses.
  • Negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Received order copies from Purchasing Clerk / Assistant / Coordinator and proceed data update to the “Import Shipment Record”.
  • Update and track all incoming containers details into “Import Shipment Record”.
  • Liaison with forwarding agent on tracking incoming shipment status and report to purchaser should there be any changes on the shipment.
  • Liaison with Supplier whenever necessary in regards on the import shipment.
  • Arrange for clearance and forward all necessary shipping documents on or before free time and information to forwarding agent.
  • Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork.
  • Maintain shipping records, reports or files.
  • Review shipment status and perform close follow up deliveries.
  • Develop records management system in database.
  • Maintain administrative service procedures manual / SOP manual under shipment scope.
  • Forward copy of Packing List / Tally Sheet to Store and notify them on container information and arrival date.
  • Ensure Store unload goods within allowable closing time to prevent demurrage or storage charges.
  • Prepare a memo of containers arrival to Guard house in order for containers are loaded on the right loading bay.
  • Perform billing check from forwarding agent and clarify any unclear billing items prior submission to Department Head for verification and then finalize details to account for payment processing.
  • Monitor, apply and renew Import Tax Exemption form MIDA, coordinate on documentation submission.
  • To apply for Import / Purchase Materials and Component Free of Sales Tax and Import Tax Exemption from both Custom and MIDA.
  • Prepare report on yearly basis on Sales Tax Exemption to Custom on “Lampiran 1 (A)”, “Lampiran 1”, “Borang DJ 5(A)”.
  • Prepare report “Lampiran K” and Letter of “Pelupusan Sisa-sisa Bahan Mentah” to Custom in Port Klang quarterly.
  • To assist in any other document preparation in relating to import purchase.
