Factory Manager

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least diploma/degree or equivalent.
  • Required language(s) : Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Minimum 7 years of working experience with 3 years in managerial role in related field.
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and supervise manufacturing plans and strategies, including budgets for capital expansion of operations, plant expansion, major expenditures for facilities and equipment.
  • Evaluate the manufacturing and assembly of products in each plant and assume responsibility for product performance, cost, and delivery.
  • Incorporate official sales forecasts into production planning.

Store Manager

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • To responsible in ensuring the overall Quality Management System documentation, full implementation and compliance of all ISO procedures related to Store Control Team of Store department.
  • To responsible in ensuring effective operation and control of Quality documentation and retention of quality records of Store Control Team of Store department.
  • To responsible in carrying out periodic review and analysis of the QMS documentation of Store Control Team of Store department to seek opportunity for improvement in the system.
  • To assist DH in organizing the Internal Quality Audit and participate as the internal auditor in carrying out surveillance audit as per the planned schedule stipulated in the QMS.
  • To report to top management the performance of QMS of Store Control Team of Store department on quarterly basis and to propose corrective and improvement actions in the event of any non-compliance.
  • To lead the Store Control Team in striving to achieve the departmental target set by the top management so that company corporate vision and objective can be achieved.
  • To ensure effective delegation of job assignments, close monitoring and supervision as well as effective coaching is given to all Store Control Team so as to perform up to company expectations.

Project Manager

Procurement Executive

Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma with 2 – 3 years working experience preferably in Wood Manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in purchasing line.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Resourceful with positive attitude and able to work independently.
  • Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform buying and negotiation duties.
  • Prepare and process requisition and purchase orders for material/service supplies.
  • Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates in order to determine the best offer among potential suppliers.
  • Calculate costs of orders, and charge of forward invoices to accounts when comes to orders which required cost verification.
  • Review requisition orders in order to verify accuracy, terminology, specifications being requested and provide advises and information to the buyer on possible taxation, shipment complication or any other precaution to note before a buying activities is perform.
  • Liaise with Store, material planning division and sales department to ensure all progress of orders and requisition are well communicated.
  • Clarify and justify all requisition are being carefully check and studied before a bulk purchase is raised via the Purchase Requisition.

Quality Assurance Excutive

Requirements:

  • Good spoken and written English, outgoing and aggressive personality.

Responsibilities:

  • Upkeep of ISO of ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management System.
    • To implement all the ISO procedures in QA department.
    • To conduct periodical review and analysis on current QA operational processes and recommend appropriate update and changes in the QA related procedures.
  • DCC and Documents Retention of QA Department.
    • To ensure all the down lines exercise proper control & filing system on the incoming QA related documents as well as controlled copy of external origins.
    • To ensure all the down lines maintain, upkeep and control all the on going quality documents (QA forms) and records within the department to fully comply with the DCC and Quality Record Retention Procedures.
  • Incoming Inspection.
    • To verify incoming inspection for raw materials and consumables.
    • To verify all the incoming inspection report conducted by QA personnel.
    • To verify and ensure all the incoming imported veneers and timbers are screened.
    • To prepare incoming inspection report for veneer and lumber clearly entail all the discrepancies (quantity, size and quality) so that information could be forwarded to purchasing department for appropriate action.
    • To ensure all the incoming products maintain its product status, identification and traceability prior releasing to production.
    • To ensure effective close monitoring, follow up and liaison with relevant sales and purchasing department personnel on the incoming material quality that required special attention.
    • To provide the information about new specification and grade of the material for the QCs to check the incoming material.
  • In-Process and Finished Product Inspection.
    • To verify the in-process inspection and finished product quality inspection data and reports.
    • To establish or improvise the inspection criteria, check points, specification and quality plan when necessarily for control by down lines.
    • To monitor and control production rejection rate.
    • To conduct external Inspection at sub-contractor site for pre finished product and ensure the quality meet the customer requirement.
    • To ensure of 3rd party customer quality inspection process done smoothly by QA personnel.
  • Handling Non-conformances.
    • To report the non-conformances finding to department heads as well as other respective department and key persons so as to determine the disposition of the non-conformance materials.
    • To call for a production meeting between supervisor and production managers to decide on non-conforming product where the problem is new yet not sizeable that may affect profitability.
    • To ensure non-conformance products are disposed according to the procedure.
    • To ensure non-conformance products are clearly identified to avoid unintended use by production.
  • Handling of Customer Feedback and Compliant.
    • To responsible to co-ordinate customer feedbacks and complaints and liaise with relevant departments to ensure they are resolved.
    • To ensure the proposed counter measure of corrective and preventive actions are carried out by production as planned.
    • To follow up and follow through to ensure the required of the corrective and preventive action achieve the required result.
    • To implement and monitor customer’s imposed requirements.
  • Calibration.
    • To verify on calibration report and Equipment Calibration Required Master List.
    • To ensure the calibration are calibrating on time by down lines.
    • To ensure disposition of test and measuring equipments are recorded for traceability purpose.
  • Preparation of Report and other QA related Documentations.
    • To ensure Monthly Quality Assurance Department Report completed and submitted before 6th of the month to superior for verification and compilation.
    • To verify the lab test report for validation and reliability of products.
    • To liaise with external lab personnel for sample that required 3rd party testing and validation.
    • To prepare and update performance appraisal for QA Supervisor category and below.
    • To conduct Monthly QA meeting in QA department to update and resolved quality issue and ensure minutes of meeting are well documented.
    • To prepare QA departmental meeting minutes and submit to department heads no more than 2 weeks from the meeting date.

Sales & Adminstration Executive

Requirements:

  • Good spoken and written in English and Malay, outgoing and aggressive personality.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Min Diploma / Degree holder with 1 – 2 years working experience preferably in Wood Manufacturing environment.
  • Interested in Timber Industry.
  • Knowledge in Auto CAD and ERP would be added advantages.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities:

  • To carry out and implement daily sales activities as per the SOP sales order procedures and work instructions.
  • To assist sales personnel to reply the email correspondence with all the assigned project based customers.
  • To assist sales personnel to prepare the Quotation and Pro-forma Invoice or Sales Contract for project based customers.
  • Upon confirmation of project order, to assist sales personnel establishing the Master Door Schedule based on the site plan if necessary.
  • To verify Job Docket to the production after confirmation order and receipt of payment term.
  • To assist sales personnel to monitor the progress of project order and shipment delivery.
  • To liaise closely with Production Manager and MPPC personnel on the material availability, project order schedule and update all the relevant order completion date to sales personnel.
  • To liaise with Production Manager on the updated shipment delivery & email to the respective customer.
  • To assist sales personnel in preparing the technical shop drawing where necessary for submission to customers.
  • To prepare and update the Forecasted and Actual Cost Report for the on hand project where applicable.
  • To compile the information on the rework cost with QA and Production Department and update the Actual Cost Provision accordingly.
  • To monitor and follow up sales collection for sales account assigned through Sales Collection Report key-in by Sales Coordinator or Sales & Shipping Clerk.
  • To verify the shipping documents, invoices, packing list, bill of exchange, CO, shipping instruction etc for all accounts assigned.
  • To prepare the costing on the enquiries and cost provision for the confirmed project order to Jurusanwa.
  • To monitoring the sales related documents filling & compiling system.
  • To provide effective supervision and coaching for Sales Coordinator and Shipping Clerk.
  • To update & verify the monthly KRA for Sales Coordinator and Shipping Clerk.
  • To prepare for the monthly reports as follow:

Accounts Executive

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least diploma, degree or equivalent.
  • Minimal 2 years working experience preferably in manufacturing environment.
  • Good exposure in computerized accounting system including Microsoft Word, Power Point and Microsoft Excel.
  • Having knowledge of 5S, Kaizen is an added advantage.
  • Good spoken and written in English and Malay, outgoing and aggressive personality.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.

Responsibilities:

  • To responsible for the Accounts payable (AP) functions

Product Designer

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Industrial/ Product Designer or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft office, Adobe & CAD (Computer-Aided Design).
  • Knowledge for Vector works or AutoCAD will be advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting with supplier & production team to establish the design brief, concept, performance and production criteria.
  • Working on ideas as part of a team or developing design concepts using CAD.
  • Taking part in specialist or multidisciplinary team meetings.
  • Sketching initial design ideas.
  • Identifying the suitability and availability of materials.
  • Producing detailed, drawings and specifications or more likely using dedicated computer software (CAD) to produce design specifications including parts lists and costing.
  • Making samples or working models by alias with supplier, product engineers and production team.
  • Researching materials, processes or market requirements.
  • Arranging meetings and liaising with engineers and other departments including marketing to discuss and negotiate appropriate production processes and promotion materials.
  • Preparing the promotional material to support the marketing team when require.

Quantity Surveyor

Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying with 2 – 3 years working experience preferably in Wood Manufacturing environment.
  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese with outgoing and aggressive personality
  • Computer skills MS Office [Word & Excel], Auto Cad Experience.
  • Practical and logical qualities and a methodical way of thinking;
  • A creative and innovative approach to problem-solving;
  • Strong numeracy and financial management skills and the ability to learn sophisticated design and costing IT packages;
  • The ability to write clear and precise reports and to relate complex information in a simple way to a diverse range of people;

Chargeman (Full Time / Part Time)


Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma, Degree or equivalent
  • Required language(s) : Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related is required for this position.
  • Preferably specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
  • Knowledge in Electrical/Mechanical Machine Automation.
  • Must have high voltan categories (B0-2, B0-1,B0,B1 @ B4)

Responsibilities:

  • Upkeep of 11kv system.
  • Ensure all electrical installation and fitting are in good working condition.
  • Ensure all electrical Circuit Drawings and shock treatment charts are hung on walls of the appropriate LV switch room and in the standby generator room.
  • Ensure that all the electrical drawings are submitted before any renovation or upgrading is done to the electrical system if relevant.
  • Ensure that all electrical jobs must be done by a JBE registered competent person.
  • Routine maintenance carried daily on LV room, generator room and pump room in building to ensure in order.
  • Ensure that the preventive maintenance is carried out on M & E system including ACB, MCCB, Protective Relays in electrical switch room and gen-set room on every two years.
  • Check and measure ohms at earth rod every yearly.
  • Ensure all MSB, DFB etc. to be properly tighten at cable termination and jointing.

  • To co-ordinates and support the production managers, production supervisor and head-hands at all the times to minimize machines downtime and achieve higher productivity.
  • To liaise and arrangement of overtime works together with production manager and production supervisor.
  • To maintain and achieve machine performance standard i.e. capacity, machines tolerances.
  • To carry out fabrication and project works.
  • To lead and supervise machines relocation and installation.
  • To maintain and carry out with good engineering practice at all time.

Engineer (Product Engineering)

  • To check Production Control Note (PCN) for corner samples or mock up of Retails & Distribution and Project (Local and Export) which prepared by subordinate where necessary distribute to related department by Document Control team (Junior Product & Process Engineering Executive).
  • To prepare / create data Material Cut List / Production Control Note (PCN) of Retail & Distribution and Project (Local and Export) with System INKA where necessary for superior verification before distribute to related department by Document Control team (Junior Product & Process Engineering Executive).
  • To prepare Bill of Material (BOM) that materials / parts (glue, dowel, veneer and etc.) using on each product where necessary for superior verification before distribute to related department by Document Control team (Junior Product & Process Engineering Executive).
  • To prepare Raw Material Summary (RMS) needed for confirmed order which prepared by subordinate from System INKA necessary for superior verification before distribute to related department by Document Control team (Junior Product & Process Engineering Executive).
  • To check Technical Documents / Part Drawings of each models and New Parts (vendor / internally) which prepared by subordinate where necessary distribute to related department by Document Control team (Junior Product & Process Engineering Executive).
  • To follow up Mass Production stages for all Project models or 1st lot Mass Production for Retails & Distribution models from confirm materials of production using as Material Cut List / Bill of Material.
  • To audit or monitor sub-con / vendor with Process Engineering when new parts started Mass Production stages. It to verify product of vendor produce same as Approval sample. (If necessary)
  • To provide effective supervision and coaching subordinate.
